Modern Architecture

Hello

I work exclusively in compensation—helping organizations design systems that are practical, defensible, and aligned with business objectives.

The goal isn’t complexity. It’s clarity, consistency, and outcomes that make sense.

My Story

I’ve been working in compensation since 1998, building and managing programs across a range of organizations—from manufacturing and healthcare to technology startups and software companies, agricultural, national organizations, and global companies.

My experience includes roles with Johns Manville, Circadence, National Jewish Medical & Research Center, the United States Olympic Committee, and Driscoll’s. Across each, my focus has been the same: designing compensation systems that are practical, defensible, and aligned with how organizations actually operate.

I specialize in building compensation programs from the ground up, refining existing structures, and ensuring teams understand how to apply them in practice. This includes not just design, but training, implementation, and real-world decision support.

Today, I work with organizations that need clarity, structure, and consistency in how compensation decisions are made—whether building programs from the ground up or refining what’s already in place, so compensation decisions are structured, explainable, and aligned with business objectives.
